C. Service Limitations

D. User Content and Submissions

By submitting content to the Site ("User Content"), including contact forms, preferences, and communications, you grant Marketpros International, LLC a limited license to use this information for the purpose of providing our matching services. You represent that all information provided is accurate and that you have the right to share such information.

We may use your feedback and reviews to improve our services and may display anonymized testimonials with your permission.

4. Terms for Real Estate Agents and Brokers

This section applies specifically to licensed real estate agents, brokers, and their affiliated entities ("Agents") who use the MarketPros website and platform.

A. Professional Use Only

Agents may use the Site for professional purposes related to real estate services. You represent that you are a licensed real estate professional in good standing in your jurisdiction.

B. Accurate Information

Agents must provide accurate and current licensing information, contact details, and professional credentials when using the platform. Any changes to licensing status must be promptly updated.

C. Professional Conduct

Agents agree to maintain professional standards when using the Site and in any communications facilitated through the platform. This includes compliance with all applicable real estate laws and regulations.

D. Transaction Vetting and Verification

As a condition of affiliation with Marketpros, agents consent to transaction vetting and verification procedures. Agents authorize Marketpros to:

• Conduct random and for-cause vetting, screening, and audits of any and all real estate transactions, including transaction history and past client relationships

• Contact and communicate with any third parties involved in current or past transactions, including cooperating agents, brokers, title companies, escrow officers, lenders, mortgage brokers, and past clients

• Request and receive non-privileged information and documentation from any third parties to verify adherence to professional and ethical standards

Agents acknowledge that detailed authorization terms will be provided in a separate agreement to be signed upon affiliation.

Additional terms for agent partnerships, referral arrangements, and business relationships are governed by separate written agreements and are not part of these website Terms of Service.

5. Promotions, Offers, and Special Programs

From time to time, Marketpros may offer promotions, special programs, incentives, or limited-time offers ("Promotions") to clients or agents. These Promotions are subject to the following terms:

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

9. Force Majeure
